Start free, pay only for
what you need

Start with the CRM — always free, unlimited contacts. Then add the Add-ons you need (Email, Channels, Community, Guest Management, Giving, Runsheet, Ticketing, Media Hub, Spaces, and Live). Each Add-on has its own slider: drag it to the volume you need and the price updates instantly. Meetings are part of Channels and use meeting credits, separate from messaging credits.

The CRM is always free with unlimited contacts, tags, segments, custom fields, notes and import/export. Every Add-on also has its own permanent free tier — for example, 100 email sends per month, 25 Community people, 10 guest check-ins, 5 donations, unlimited Runsheet team members, 1 ticketed event, 10 Media Hub items, 1 Spaces room, and 25 Live peak viewers. Meetings include 2,000 meeting credits each month: 1 credit per person every 10 minutes they are in the room. The first 8 cameras are included. Messaging credits are separate. No credit card required.

Meetings are part of Channels. They are not Sunday Live and they are not Spaces rooms. While a meeting is live, it spends meeting credits: 1 per person every 10 minutes. The first 8 cameras are included; extra cameras add a little more. 25 people for an hour with up to 8 cameras is 150 meeting credits. 35 people all on camera for an hour is 498. Every organisation includes 2,000 meeting credits a month, and £10 adds another 2,000. Messaging credits are a separate balance. People already in the room stay if meeting credits run out. Someone new waits until you add meeting credits.

Registered churches, religious organisations and UK-registered charities get 30% off all subscription Add-on fees. Toggle the switch at the top of the pricing page to see your discounted price. Verification is required (charity number or proof of religious-organisation status). The discount applies to subscription fees only — it does not apply to Giving and Ticketing transaction fees, or to the £10 meeting-credit pack.

Yes. Move any slider up or down at any time and we prorate the change immediately. There are no contracts, no minimum terms and no cancellation fees. If you stop needing an Add-on, slide it back to the free tier or remove it entirely.

Messaging credits pay for SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Each message consumes a different number of credits depending on destination and channel — for example UK SMS is 20 credits, UK WhatsApp marketing is 25 credits, US SMS is 5 credits, and any Telegram message is 1 credit. Meetings do not spend messaging credits. The full tariff is published on the pricing page. Messaging credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Payments processed through the Giving and Ticketing Add-ons carry a flat 2.9% + 30p per transaction. This breaks down as 1.5% + 10p to sendifai plus 1.4% + 20p to Stripe. Fees are deducted automatically by Stripe at the point of payment. The church/nonprofit discount applies to subscription fees only and does not apply to transaction fees.

Annual billing is coming soon. For now, all subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe.

We'll notify you and help you slide up to the next tier — there are no surprise overages. We will never send beyond what you have paid for without confirming with you first. You stay in control of every pound you spend.

No trial needed — every Add-on has a permanent free tier with no time limit. Sign up, use what you need, and only pay when you decide to scale up.
